I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless ARTS For Rural Texas, located at 114 North Live Oak Street in Fayetteville, Texas, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, directors, board members, volunteers, instructors, counselors, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any claims, suits or actions of any kind for liability, damages, compensation or fees, and any related costs.
