ARTS has partnered with Fayette Community Foundation to host a two hour hospitality training called Communication is Key. This training is a program of the Green Door Fund, and is ideal for frontline employees that work for hotels, restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.
Led by Sally Reynolds, this training will teach effective communication, body language, and personal hygiene. Attendees will learn professional telephone handling, how to greet customers/visitors, and how to provide quality customer service. Attendees will also learn how to handle customer complaints.
$25 per person. Scholarships are available. Spaces are limited.
